    Loved the product, not so much the delivery...

    The packaging was poor and they were fragile, so 5 of the 15 ordered were broken, the plastic headband snapped in the same spot above the battery pack. I think the cold also increased their fragility.
    Bummer! As I love them and they were a big hit in the stands for my sons basketball team: The Blue Devils! They were not boxed, just an unpadded envelope and a thin sheet of filler.
